3 STEP TO EXFOLIATE YOUR LIPS [BEST RESULT]

Hello Everyone!
As a blogger who has access to a wardrobe of lip balms does not mean I am exempt to flakes and chapped lips, exfoliate I had been a victim of the flaky and dry lips for years; because of my flaky chapped lips, bright glosses, stains, and the lipsticks were never my best ally. I discover that holding the lips in its best condition requires a lot of times and commitment, and it is not easy to achieve. It takes me over a year to collect a trusted list of products to keep my lips in shape. I can now bond to other lip products other than lip balms. Please note, I do not use all these products listed below together, as I alternate them very often; I reach for the one I see first.

Step 1: Exfoliation (Three times a week): Lip Scrub-Diy Lip Scrub

Just like the way I would get rid of the flakiness on my face; I used an exfoliation to get rid of the dryness on my lips too. I have not been persistent with my lip routine, so the flakes don’t rub off well just by gently wiping the lip area using my fingers or with a washcloth. In order to get the dead skin to rub off, I was required to use some heavy-duty lip scrubs or my toothbrush.

Say what now? Anti-aging for the lips? You must think I am crazy, but lips loose plumpness and increase lines as we age. Therefore, it’s important to treat our lips with anti-aging products. Some of the best lip treatments include lip serum, facial serum, facial oil, and eye cream products. Prepare your skin for the warmer season by following the quick and easy summer skincare tips outlined below. Despite the somewhat unpredictable weather, the warmer months call for a change in your skincare routine. From opting for a lighter moisturizer to adding a higher SPF, here are some of your quick and easy summer skincare tips to De-stress and detox the skin.

Summer Skincare Tips #1: Stay Hydrated

Your body tends to lose a lot of moisture in the summer, which can not only have adverse effects on your skin, but also on the functions of your whole body. Therefore, it is extremely important that you keep yourself hydrated by drinking water at least 8-10 times a day. Doing so will also make your skin stay moisturized and soft throughout the day.

Summer Skincare Tips #2: Change Your Moisturizer

As the weather gets warmer, your skin needs will change too. The thicker creams that saw you through the winters won’t work as good in the summers. You will need to use lighter products on your skin so that they can be easily absorbed. Make the switch and start using lighter moisturizers, which will give your skin the moisturizing and hydration it needs without overloading or over saturating. If you have combination or oily skin, make sure to use an oil-balancing product or else your skin will end up looking greasy.

Summer Skincare Tips #3: Increase Your SPF

To ensure your skin is protected from the sun, use a moisturizer with at least SPF 15, which is perfect for everyday use. If you have fairer skin, you may want to additionally use sunscreen too or opt for a moisturizer with a higher SPF rating. If you know you are going to spend the day out in the sun, keep sunscreen with you and top up every couple of hours, particularly on areas that are more sensitive to the sun like your nose and lips.

Summer Skincare Tips #4: Take Care of Your Lips

Although most of us do our best to protect our face from the sun, little is done for our lips. In fact, a survey showed that only about 37% off women who apply sunscreen on their face pay attention to protecting their lips. Lips are especially important to protect since they don’t have any melanin, which means they are more prone to sun damage. Avoid premature aging, excessive sun exposure, and wrinkles by investing in a lip balm that has SPF 15 or higher.

Summer Skincare Tips #5: Cleanse Everyday Twice

To avoid breakouts and blocked pores, a good cleansing routine is extremely important to keep the skin purified and balanced. Cleanse every morning before putting on any makeup. At night, remove every inch of your makeup by using dedicated makeup removers and then give your skin a thorough cleanse. Add an exfoliate and toner to the night routine to remove dead skin cells from the surface and any other residue left behind.

Summer Skincare Tips #6: Give Yourself a Facial Treatment

Kick-start your summer skincare routine by treating yourself to a facial to hydrate, purify and detox your skin. Since there is a wide variety of facials on offer, it can be difficult to decide which one to go for. Decide what type of treatment you want such as anti-aging, dryness, tackling redness or just a general service, and go for that.

Summer Skincare Tips #7: Use Oil Instead of Night Cream

For skin concerns like dryness, breakouts, anti-aging and redness, avoid using a night cream and making your skin work hard. Instead, go for a lighter facial oil, which can get the job done without stressing out your skin. Despite the misconception that facial oils make skin look greasy, if applied correctly, they are extremely effective at moisturizing and soothing skin while providing barrier protection. Before applying the facial oil or just about anything to your face, make sure your hands are clean. Once you have applied the product, avoid touching your face.

Summer Skincare Tips #8: Spray On Spring Water

Spring water has natural minerals that will not only make you look dewy but also calm your skin. When you sweat, you lose a lot of minerals required for healthy skin. Spritzing on spring water can help you get those minerals back. These facial mists are like Gatorade for your face.

Summer Skincare Tips #9: Stop Redness in Its Tracks

Chronic flushing on the face can lead to permanently dilated capillaries, which means you may become red all the time. To prevent that from happening, take a facecloth soaked in ice water, wring it out and hold it to your neck. It will help cool the blood flowing to your face and reduce redness. Always do this after you work out or do any strenuous activity that can get more blood pumping to your face.
